The path to it is long, but getting it means the player’s transition to a completely different level of playing skill. Completing missionsĪfter completing the last mission in the game, the player receives the legendary champion Arbiter as a reward. I even booked him (though it's not necessary), but he really carried me through a lot of midgame and I still use him often even though I'm endgame (arbiter acquired).Usually, when the bulk of the players picks up the last champion for a game visit, the developer adds new champions as additional rewards in the following days. So yes, if you want a hard single target nuker for potions, Mino, Dragon and Arena. Or sought after rares like Apothecary and Coldheart. those champs tend to be top tier legendaries like Zavia, Raglin, Arbiter, Ignatius. That being said, he has no use in stage 20 of Iron Golem, Spider or FK and there are other champs that are more versatile to swap between those. He's absolutely amazing in the potion keeps (except Spirit), Mino 15 and Dragon 20. It means gearing him well gets a lot easier, and gear is one of the biggest endgame hurdles in Raid. The built in 30% crit chance across the board also lets you stack more crit damage, which is a huge deal. The PvE benefit is that it hits very hard (like all of his skills). Stealing buffs is fun utility, but mostly in arena. His single target damage is really, really high.
